The SITRAK emergency rescue mobile laundry truck is a specialized mobile unit designed to provide comprehensive clothing maintenance services in field conditions. Built on a robust SINOTRUK SITRAK chassis, it integrates multiple functions into a single platform, including washing, drying, ironing, disinfection, storage, and transfer. Its design emphasizes ease of operation, high mobility, and a high degree of automation, making it well-suited for emergency response and large-scale support operations. The system can wash up to 50 kg of clothing (around 50 sets) within 1 hour and dry the same capacity in just 40–55 minutes. For extended operations, the maximum washing capacity reaches 100 kg.

The rescue fire truck’s main structure consists of a fully enclosed box-type cabin that houses its specialized systems: Washing, drying, heat source, water supply and drainage, onboard power generation, and electrical controls. Inside, industrial-grade washing machines, dryers, and storage racks ensure efficient handling of uniforms and bedding in demanding environments.

Key construction details enhance durability and safety. The side protection is made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with bolted connections, maintaining a ground clearance of 430 mm. The rear protection uses Q235 steel with welded connections, featuring a 100 × 100 mm cross-section and a 440 mm ground clearance. Safety is further supported by a WABCO ABS system (model 4460046300), ensuring reliable braking performance.

The SITRAK emergency rescue mobile laundry truck is available in multiple chassis configurations to suit different operational needs, with length/wheelbase/rear overhang options of 10,470/6,050/2,990 mm; 9,260/5,200/2,630 mm; or 8,500/4,500/2,570 mm. A factory-installed speed limiter restricts the maximum speed to 89 km/h, ensuring stability and compliance with safety standards. The box body is fully enclosed and non-opening, providing secure protection for internal equipment. Optional cab designs and exterior styling can be selected with the chassis to meet specific organizational requirements.
