This ISUZU EURO VI 3000 Liter small water tanker fire truck is built on a Chongqing Isuzu EURO VI chassis and is equipped with a 4HK1-TCG61 (189 hp) EURO VI engine. The engine has a displacement of 5,193 ml, a power output of 114 kW, and a torque of 510 N·m. Newly developed in Japan, this engine uses a Japanese Denso electronic high-pressure common-rail system, which provides stable high fuel injection pressure at both low and high engine speeds. This ensures better fuel atomization, more complete combustion, improved power performance, lower emissions, smoother operation, and reduced noise. It also features an electronically controlled variable geometry turbocharger with intercooling, electronic EGR, dual-stage EGR cooling pipes, and DOC emission control technology. The engine is highly powerful, fuel-efficient, durable, and reliable, making it extremely versatile.
The tanker fire truck’s design is compact and visually appealing, with smooth lines and a unified frame structure. Firefighting equipment is stored behind high-strength aluminum alloy roller shutter doors and secured with custom brackets for easy access and placement. The truck is fitted with a CB10/30 fire pump, delivering a flow rate of 30 L/s and a pressure of 1.0 MPa. The fire monitor model is SP30, with a range of 48 meters or more.
The cab is a double-row design, accommodating 3+3 people. The interior is spacious and comfortable, giving passengers the feel of a business-class cabin. The fire truck also features excellent safety, including a proprietary collision energy-absorbing system. The entire truck meets EURO VI emission standards, offering strong environmental performance. It has a high speed, allowing firefighting operations even while in motion, with long-range capabilities and strong firefighting effectiveness. Optional equipment includes atmospheric-pressure, medium-low-pressure, or high-low-pressure fire pumps, allowing for customization to meet the specific needs of each customer.
