BRIEF
The SITRAK emergency rescue food truck is built on a Sinotruk SITRAK EURO VI chassis and is designed to provide fully functional outdoor cooking and catering support. The vehicle features an insulated compartment, integrated cooking equipment, stove facilities, water storage, electrical and fuel systems, a water distribution network, and a dedicated dining area. Its layout ensures ample operational space for food preparation, making it highly suitable for field deployments.
This specialized catering vehicle is intended to meet dietary needs in outdoor missions, enhancing the operational support capability of various services, including the military, police special forces, firefighting units, medical teams, emergency rescue organizations, and disaster relief operations. It is equipped with a high-capacity rice-steaming cabinet, capable of producing 80 kg of rice per hour using 16 stainless steel trays (each holding 5kg of rice), enough to serve 12 people per tray as a main meal. Additionally, the rescue truck includes 10 multi-hole trays to prepare up to 400 buns (100g each). A complete rice-steaming cycle takes approximately 45 minutes, allowing one operation to fulfill both main and side dish requirements for 200 people, while a one-hour cycle can serve 400 individuals, satisfying diverse emergency catering needs.
The compartment roof is sealed and non-openable, with cabin options available depending on the chassis configuration. Key specialized devices include an integrated stove, freezer, and storage compartment. The ABS controller is supplied by ZF Commercial Vehicle Systems (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., model 4460046300, with optional EBS available (model EBS3). Safety features include side protection in a skirt structure and rear protection made of cold-bent Q235 steel with welded connections, measuring 150 mm in height, 60 mm in width, and a 500 mm ground clearance at the lower edge. An optional speed-limiting device restricts the maximum speed to 89 km/h, ensuring safe operation during field deployments.
