BRIEF
The SITRAK emergency water filtration system is designed to provide reliable field water treatment and supply, built on a domestically manufactured Sinotruk SITRAK EURO VI chassis. Its superstructure integrates a thermal-insulated compartment, electrical distribution system, water intake and storage modules, a complete purification unit, and an advanced automatic control system. This design allows the truck to extract water from multiple sources, including surface water, groundwater, brackish water, and conventionally polluted sources that meet national intake regulations, and transform them into safe, drinkable water.
At the heart of the rescue truck is a high-efficiency purification system that not only removes suspended solids and harmful impurities but also disinfects the water to eliminate pathogenic microorganisms. The system is composed of a submersible pump, a pre-treatment unit, an ultrafiltration system, a reverse osmosis assembly, and a UV sterilizer. Together, these components ensure the produced water meets national standards for both domestic and drinking purposes. Featuring automated operation, robust mobility, and high adaptability, the system represents one of the most advanced vehicle-mounted water supply solutions available.
The vehicle body is a fully enclosed structure with a non-opening roof, offering durability and thermal insulation. Optional configurations include various cab types according to the chassis, side and rear door layouts, and side-mounted observation windows to support field operations. Its key onboard equipment includes a generator, a complete purification unit, and a water heater, ensuring functionality in diverse conditions.
For safety, the SITRAK emergency water filtration system employs an ABS controller supplied by WABCO (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd., model 4460046300. An optional EBS system (model EBS3) is also available. The side protection uses a skirt-style structure, while the rear protection consists of cold-formed Q235-B steel with a welded design, featuring a 120 mm × 50 mm cross-section and 500 mm ground clearance. An optional 89 km/h speed limiter further enhances operational safety.
