This ISUZU 700P remote control fire truck is already the latest product from CSCTRUCK Fire Rescue Truck. In terms of appearance, it has undergone subtle changes compared to the previous generation 700P. The most notable difference is the front grille, which has evolved from the earlier square design to a double V-shaped grille similar to that of the GIGA series, representing the latest family-style front face in the ISUZU truck lineup.
The cab structure remains unchanged. It still uses the familiar single-row wide-body cab typical of the 700P series. Paired with small-sized 235/75R17.5 vacuum tires, it gives a visually refined impression.
The engine is the EURO VI-compliant 4HK1-TCG61, delivering a maximum output of 188 horsepower. Positioned as a medium-duty commercial vehicle, the 700P has a maximum allowable gross vehicle weight of 10.33 tons.
Why install tracks? Most people first think of situations like muddy terrain, loose soil, sandy beaches, or gravel roads—areas where traditional drive wheels might struggle. Tracks enable the vehicle to traverse these kinds of surfaces. However, in this case, the tracks are primarily used for enabling remote-controlled operation. This means that even when the vehicle is near a fire scene, there’s no risk of heat radiation harming the firefighters. According to available information, the remote control range is 150 meters.
Because the tracks on both sides of the chassis take up the space originally used for accessories, all components that were previously mounted along the side rails now have to be relocated. The only space available to house them is behind the cab.
To minimize the impact on the upper structure, familiar components such as the fuel tank, DEF tank, and battery are now all mounted there. The refit shop specifically built a platform at the rear of the cab to accommodate them.
There are self-protection nozzles on the top of the cab, and a reminder label on the side of the cab door notes that the spray connectors must be disconnected before tilting the cab.
The ISUZU 700P remote control fire truck is equipped with a triple-door heavy-duty water cannon system. It does not carry any extinguishing agent onboard. At a fire scene, hoses can be connected based on actual needs, and the tracked vehicle can then autonomously approach the burning tank to perform firefighting operations. Due to the high on-site temperatures, the cab is also equipped with self-protection nozzles that can spray water to cool the cab, ensuring the fire truck is not damaged by extreme heat.
