CSCTRUCK Fire Rescue Truck, a renowned Chinese manufacturer, has announced the successful delivery of a high-capacity water bowser to Kenya. The unit was shipped from Wuhan on June 29th, 2025, and arrived in Nairobi earlier this week. This delivery marks a significant step in supporting Kenya’s efforts to enhance rural firefighting capacity and secure clean water access for remote communities.

The water bowser, designed and manufactured by CSCTRUCK Fire Rescue Truck, features a 12,000-liter stainless steel tank, a PTO-driven water pump, and multiple high-pressure hose outlets. It is mounted on a heavy-duty 6×4 chassis, equipped for off-road operation in Kenya’s challenging rural terrain. The unit will serve a dual role: Delivering emergency water supply during fire outbreaks and supporting daily water delivery needs in drought-prone areas.

This latest delivery is part of a broader cooperation between CSCTRUCK Fire Rescue Truck and local Kenyan authorities, aimed at modernizing emergency response capabilities in under-resourced regions. A spokesperson from CSCTRUCK Fire Rescue Truck stated, “We are proud to contribute to Kenya’s firefighting infrastructure and public service development. This water bowser represents our commitment to durable, versatile, and mission-ready emergency support vehicles.”

Kenyan officials welcomed the arrival of the bowser, noting its immediate deployment to a rural firefighting unit in the Rift Valley region. With wildfires and water shortages becoming more frequent due to climate change, the arrival of such equipment offers critical reinforcement for emergency services.

CSCTRUCK Fire Rescue Truck continues to expand its global reach, providing specialized fire rescue and municipal support vehicles tailored to the unique needs of countries across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
