BRIEF
The Foton 6-ton small water foam fire engine produced by CSCTRUCK Fire Rescue Truck is a compact yet capable firefighting vehicle designed for rapid response and versatile fire suppression in urban areas, industrial parks, residential communities, and narrow streets. Built on the reliable BAIC Foton BJ1144VKPFD-02 chassis, this fire engine combines maneuverability, strong power performance, and a practical firefighting configuration.
Power is provided by the Weichai WP4.1NQ190E61 diesel engine, delivering 140 kW (190 hp) from a 4.088-liter displacement, ensuring stable output and excellent torque for emergency operations. With a maximum speed of 110 km/h, a 4×2 drive layout, and a 6-speed manual transmission, the vehicle offers both quick deployment and efficient fuel economy. The 4,300 mm wheelbase and 8.25R20 16PR tires provide good load-bearing capacity and driving stability under various road conditions.
The fire suppression system is centered around a Shanghai CB10/40 fire pump paired with a WESTER PS30W fire monitor. The monitor achieves a range of ≥55 meters for water and ≥45 meters for foam, making it suitable for both Class A and Class B fires. A full-power PTO with water cooling ensures reliable pump operation during prolonged firefighting tasks. The tank configuration includes 4 tons of water and 2 tons of foam, offering a balanced capacity for initial attack and sustained operations.
The fire vehicle features an original factory double-row cab with 4 doors, providing comfortable seating for crew members and quick access to equipment. The tank body is constructed from high-quality carbon steel with anti-sloshing baffles and epoxy anti-corrosion treatment, while the foam tank uses 304 stainless steel for durability. Well-organized equipment compartments, aluminum alloy racks, and a comprehensive electrical warning and lighting system further enhance safety, efficiency, and operational readiness.
