BRIEF
The intelligent mobile conference cabin integrates a “cabin + vehicle” concept, featuring a multi-cabin-per-vehicle configuration that allows flexible transport by flatbed trucks, cargo trucks, and similar carriers. Designed for quick setup and dismantling at the touch of a button, it offers exceptional mobility, expandability, and adaptability for a wide range of applications.
Beyond its conference functions, the cabin can be configured for various uses, including frontline command, field accommodation, medical rescue, epidemic control and isolation, dining facilities, and disaster victim resettlement—providing a versatile, all-in-one solution for emergency and operational needs.
Built to standard 30-foot container specifications, the folding and expandable cabin features an innovative “A-shaped” folding structure that maximizes interior space. The layout is functionally zoned: the front section houses the equipment room with the control system; the middle section serves as a real-time conference hall accommodating 45–81 participants; and the rear section contains another equipment room equipped with on-site communication and auxiliary command systems.
The overall mobile command center follows the principles of “scientific advancement, complete functionality, rapid mobility, modular assembly, combat readiness, and safety & reliability.” Based on a “cabin + tent + vehicle unit” camp model, deployment involves 10 vehicles, 18 modular cabins, and 28 personnel for transportation and assembly. This arrangement supports the basic living requirements of central leadership and the operational needs of 100 personnel.
In the core operational zone, a “1 large + 3 small” container cabin configuration is adopted:
- One Large — Emergency Rescue Mobile Command Center: 12m long, 9m wide, covering approximately 110m² when deployed.
- Three Small — Rescue Command Mobile Command Center, Communications Control Center Cabin, and Comprehensive Office Center Cabin: each 12m long, 6m wide, covering approximately 72m² when deployed.
