Additionally, the rescue truck is fitted with 10 multi-hole trays to prepare up to 400 steamed buns, each weighing 100 g. The steaming process takes approximately 45 minutes per batch, allowing a single operation to provide staple and side meals for 200 people. With repeated operations over an hour, the vehicle can supply meals for up to 400 people, meeting diverse emergency catering requirements efficiently.

The emergency rescue food truck compartment is fully enclosed and cannot be accessed from the top, ensuring hygiene and safety. The cab can be optionally configured with the chassis, depending on operational needs. Specialized onboard equipment includes an integrated stove, freezer, and enclosed compartments for safe storage and food preparation. Safety systems include an ABS controller manufactured by ZF Commercial Vehicle Systems (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., model 4460046300, with an optional EBS system available, model EBS3. Side protection is provided by a skirt-type structure, while the rear guard uses cold-bent Q235 steel, welded with a height of 150 mm, a width of 60 mm, and a bottom edge 500 mm above the ground.
