Tracked Smoke-Extraction Rescue Fire Robot, RC Fire Truck!

Tracked Smoke-Extraction Rescue Fire Robot, RC Fire Truck!

I. Overview

Application Fields: Suitable for fire extinguishing in subways, highways, railway tunnels, underground facilities, freight yards, petrochemical refineries, and oil depots. It is especially effective for incidents involving toxic gas leaks, large areas of smoke, or flammable and explosive accidents where personnel cannot easily approach. It can perform on-site rescue, video monitoring, hazardous material cleanup and transport, or obstacle removal.

II. Function Introduction

Fault Diagnosis: Supports real-time online monitoring of the smoke-exhaust and fire truck’s operating status, including the smoke/fire suppression device, main unit, wireless communications, and cameras. When faults are detected, alarms are triggered, and safety measures are automatically taken.

Image Capture: Provides 1080P high-definition, low-latency video transmission with real-time display of on-site images. Smooth video ensures clear visuals for the rescue command center, allowing for accurate and informed rescue decisions. Transmission distance: up to 200 m.

Pan-Tilt Control: Enables horizontal and vertical movement control of the camera, with a horizontal range of 0–360° and a vertical range of 0–180°. Supports camera focusing, zoom in/out, with infrared night-vision capability.

Spraying Mechanism Control: Allows fog cannon, water cannon, and foam cannon vertical movement within 0–45°. Multiple water spray modes (mist, straight stream) are supported.

Obstacle-Clearing Function: A hydraulic push blade can clear road obstacles at explosion sites or push soil/sand at disaster sites to build firebreaks.

Auxiliary Hydraulic Power Source: Through a backup hydraulic port, it can drive external hydraulic tools for emergency rescue operations, such as drainage pumps, hydraulic cutting tools, lifting equipment, and mobile hydraulic smoke exhaust fans.

Lighting and Warning System: Equipped with front-mounted lights to provide necessary illumination at the rescue site.
