The HOWO 60M Mobile Smoke Exhaust Fire Truck, produced by CSCTRUCK Fire Rescue Truck, is a high-performance emergency response vehicle specially designed for smoke extraction, ventilation, cooling, and firefighting support in large and complex fire scenes. Built on a reliable HOWO chassis and meeting EURO VI emission standards, the vehicle combines powerful smoke exhaust, long-distance air supply, water mist spraying, lighting, and firefighting capabilities in one integrated platform.
The truck has overall dimensions of 8,820 × 2,500 × 3,900 mm and is equipped with a powerful 75 kW exhaust engine. Its main smoke exhaust system can achieve an impressive smoke emission capacity of 351,000 m³/h, allowing it to rapidly remove dense smoke from tunnels, underground facilities, industrial plants, warehouses, and large buildings. The exhaust system provides a 60 m spray range under no-wind or downwind conditions, with a spray pressure of 0.7–1.0 MPa.
For long-distance ventilation operations, the vehicle provides both positive-pressure air supply and negative-pressure smoke extraction, each reaching 70,000 × 2 m³/h. The maximum positive-pressure air supply distance is 200 m, while the maximum negative-pressure draft distance reaches 100 m, helping firefighters improve visibility and working conditions in smoke-filled environments.
The truck is also equipped with a 128 kW generator and a powerful mobile lighting system featuring four 1,000 W lights, providing up to 80,000 lm of luminous flux and a maximum lifting height of 8 m. Its fire pump delivers 20 L/s at 1.0 MPa, while an optional high-power foam system supports a flow rate of 16 L/s and a foaming ratio of 201–1,000.
